Applying for a Grant - Overview
Since 1995, The VNA Foundation has operated exclusively as a grant making foundation, giving financial support to nonprofit organizations offering home - and community-based care to the medically underserved.
All grants are made to qualified nonprofit agencies exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3), and designated as public charities under section 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2), of the Internal Revenue Code.
VNA provides grants to agencies in the following Illinois Counties: Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will.
