Letters of intent and proposals are due in our office by 5:00 p.m. on the days listed below. Please provide four copies of your Letter of Intent (3 page maximum). Faxed or emailed letters of intent and proposals will not be accepted.
Grantees interested in renewal funding should contact the VNA
Foundation to discuss acceptability and timing of a renewal
application. Also see Application Procedures.
Please provide two full copies of proposals including attachments.
